Shipping policy

All packages are shipped with our logistics partner DHL. 

Every order that Askthedust leaves is insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires as soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing with your signature.​

In the case of partial deliveries, we will of course only calculate the shipping costs once.

Every order with the note "MADE TO ORDER" is usually sent by us after 3 days, since the goods are only produced after receipt of the money.

RETURN

You have the right to cancel this contract within ten days without giving any reason. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. The cancellation period is ten days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear declaration email sent us an e-mail please contact {@} askthedust.shop

If you decide to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The Orders with the note "MADE TO ORDER" CANNOT BE RETURNED, because these orders where made exclusively for you.
